These terms cover your use of the Flectrawebsite. By browsing the site you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These terms don’t cover any separate agreement you enter into with us for Council Radar or any other product; that agreement is governed by its own terms.

2. About the information on this site

Content on this site is marketing information about Flectraand Council Radar. Claims about Council Radar are based on our analysis of the public record (council planning registers, agendas, and related documents) and describe what the product does. They’re not a guarantee of results for your organisation; outcomes depend on the data available for a given council and how the product is used.

3. Intellectual property

The text, design, and other content on this site belong to Flectra unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute the content for commercial purposes without our permission.

4. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the site other than through standard search engine indexing;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
